Adjourned Annual General Meeting

Due to the lack of Representatives to form a Quorum the above meeting had to be regretfully postponed and will now be held on Friday 16 May at 7.00 pm In the Methodist Hall. It is imperative that we have at least 1 representative from each club/team at the re-convened AGM.

Tonight’s postponement also means that we will be unable to notify teams both new and old of their acceptance for membership of the League for Season 2008/09 until after Saturday 24 May. Notifications will then be forwarded.

For those who wish to contact the office during next week please note that the office will be manned on Wednesday and Friday between 4.30pm and 6.30 pm.

Team Final Accounts will be despatched from the Office next week.

REPORTING RESULTS AND RETURN OF MATCH CARDS

Match results must be reported to the league office before 1.30pm on Saturday. It is helpful if both managers report the result but manager of the winning team must report the result on Saturday and is responsible for the return of the match card. Only the cream match cards with 2007- 2008 season on them will be accepted. It is the responsibility of the home team to provide a match card and any home team not using the proper card will be fined.

ID CARDS

All players must be registered for the 2007-2008 season and have a new ID cards before they can play.

ID cards must be exchanged before the match starts any team not having ID cards will forfeit the match.

ID card numbers must be entered on the match card.
